      在进行系统设计计算时，特别是涉及到不平衡负载和系统接地故障状态问题时，通常采用对称分量原理。系统把正序、负序和零序阻抗归为系统的分量。
对三相昌吉变压器来说，正序和负序阻抗值与上述值等同，但零序阻抗则根据昌吉变压器结构和有或没有三角形联结绕组二存在很大的变化。
      在没有三角形联结第三绕组的情况下，星形联结绕组的零序阻抗很高。零序阻抗的实际值取决于绕组是否有一个三次谐波磁通的低磁阻磁通回路。
      对三柱结构来说，如果没有三角形联结，磁通的回路则是气隙，一般油箱和夹件决定着磁通的返回特性，在油箱和夹件周围，磁通会产生一个循环电流。这样的绕组结构所产生的零序阻抗将是一次和二次绕组间正序阻杭的75%一200%。对五柱和单相昌吉变压器和三相组来说，零序阻抗将是形状的磁化阻抗。
      五柱昌吉变压器的零序阻抗实际上等于各相应星形和三角形绕组间的正序阻抗。
